1. Nutrition - Grande skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks, Sierra Turkey sandwich and broccoli cheese soup from Panera bread, 4 carne asada tacos from the truck down the street and some steamed broccoli. Lighter day of eating but lots of water and a few NUUN tablets. Too dehydrated today.2. Exercise - 6.3 miles with my HR in the low 140's. After a crummy warm up period this turned out to be downright pleasant.3. Life - woke up way too early today. Felt like I was dragging most of the day. Took Lys and June to lunch then chilled at Riverwalk park for a while. On the way back home did a quick grocery run. When we got home I took a much needed hour nap then out for a short run.
