1. Nutrition - Gen UCAN post workout, 2 cups BPC, few onion rings and hot wings, potato chips, lots of pizza and beer. Strawberry cheesecake. B-Day eating.2. Exercise - 7 miles easy pace. Felt really zapped for this workout, probably still recovering from the 5k on Tuesday.3. Life - I'm 34 years old today. Spent it running in the morning, drumming in the afternoon, swimming in the evening and just generally enjoying time with family and friends. Couldn't ask for more.
