1. Nutrition - 2 cups BPC for breakfast, couple of cheese hot dogs for lunch, vanilla Gen UCAN pre-workout, some broccoli with butter and two grilled thin steaks topped with guacamole for dinner.2. Exercise - 7.63 miles, normal 21st Street loop. It felt like it's been a long time since I took a run but really it was only one day. This was mostly uneventful except for some fast form work towards the end.3. Life - lots of sleep...ended up waking around 6:45am but then going back to sleep and sleeping in until 10:30am. Other than that, went grocery shopping but mostly uneventful Saturday.
