Picking Up

See things as a data point. Track that data so that you can manipulate it. Make mistakes; make a lot of mistakes (if you can afford it) so that you can see very clearly the trend line. Try your damn hardest to learn from those mistakes but give yourself and others the consideration they need when they fall short.
