the daily - 5.26.14
1. Nutrition - 2 cups BPC, 2 cheese hot dogs for lunch (HOT DOG TECHNOLOGY!), lots of barbecue for dinner (burgers, hot dogs, steak, vegetables) plus some delicious peach cobbler for dessert. YUM!2. Exercise - double day. Run at 11:30am of 4.8 miles at 8:04 pace and another run of 4.26 @ 7:58 pace. The 2nd run was tough even with a 1/2 serving of Gen UCAN as a pre-run...I ran in midday at 95 degrees with full UV. Not gonna lie, my body didn't enjoy it too much but at least it was over pretty quickly. I'm just now getting to the point where I feel comfortable doing doubles. I just gotta actually make more effective use of them...ie. 1 workout and then a 2nd run for mileage.3. Life - slow morning, awake by 9:30am, watched some youtube vids in the mid afternoon, barbecue at my sisters apt in the evening with the family, lots of drinking. Pretty good day actually, just now realizing that it was pretty long.
