1. Nutrition - 2 cheese hot dogs and 1/2 a can of chili (no beans), lots of diet wild cherry Pepsi. Snacked on stale tortilla chips and a few brazil nuts. For dinner Alyssa made some broccoli and chicken with ricotta cheese used as the thickening agent/sauce. Was pretty delicious.2. Exercise - new-ish route down Truxtun Ave. This route is a result of trying to incorporate more bike path running. This route gave me 8 miles today but has the option to get up to 9 miles if I extend down the southern portion to Ming Ave. Dig that familiarity in routes...no need for thinking.3. Life - nothing exciting...it's June's last week of school so I guess that means one more week of peace in the mornings before she is home for the summer. Lazy evening with more Star Trek TNG.
