the daily - 5.28.14

1. Nutrition - 2 cups BPC for breakfast. Lunch meat, sharp cheddar cheese, and black olives for lunch. Grilled teriyaki steak with broccoli and cauliflower smothered in butter for dinner. Lots of water today plus some NUUN as a pre-workout.2. Exercise - Unplanned 8 mile progressive run. I guess my body wanted to run fast tonight cause I started faster than my normal easy pace and ended with a barn burner pace. Splits below...Mile 1: 8:03Mile 2: 7:53Mile 3: 8:03Mile 4: 7:50Mile 5: 7:28Mile 6: 7:33Mile 7: 7:11.94: 6:11 (6:33 equivalent)3. Life - Busied myself today with setting up new curtains on one side of the living room. June was very pleased. :-) Gotta repair the curtain mounts in order to get the curtains up on the other side.  Vegged out again on Star Trek TNG in the afternoon along with washing the dishes and will likely watch more this evening to fall asleep.
