1. Nutrition - Huge eating day...2 cups BPC, 1 vanilla GenUCAN shake post-workout, 2 cheese hot dogs, small handful of almonds and brazil nuts, 3 eggs scrambled in butter with sausage and cheese, and a burritio bowl at Chipotle. Very good eats today. I feel like a million bucks when I eat that much.2. Exercise - 7.23 miles aerobic easy pace. Was back and forth with myself since last night on whether today would be a rest day or short recovery running and it wound up being neither. Funny that now I'm to a point where even 6 miles seems like not enough. This run officially puts me over 200 miles for the month. Good times.3. Life - June's last day of school today. Got her dressed up this morning in one of her fancy dresses. She bought a year book today too and is super excited about it. "Dad, it has EVERYONE in the WHOLE SCHOOL!" After taking the family out to dinner we all hung out at Centennial Park for a while just like old times. It was a lot of fun and I got to watch a kid completely eat it falling off of the swings. Like literally face first in the sand. lolololol.
