1. Nutrition - 2 cups BPC for breakfast (classic recipe of butter and MCT with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free torino syrup), 2 cheese hotdogs, pork roast, black olives, cheese slices and lots of diet wild cherry pepsi for lunch, grilled carne asada and grilled veggies for dinner, plus a couple of shock tops.2. Exercise - none. This is my rest day prior to the summer series 5k tomorrow. Hoping to run in the 21-22 minute range but realistically thinking it'll be 23-24 minute range. I'm not only out of aerobic shape but weighed in recently at 176lbs which is still 16 pounds over my preferred race weight. It's also gonna be at least 90 degrees tomorrow if not hotter so it's definitely going to be a race of attrition.3. Life - slept in today till 8:30am and June slept in about 2 hours later than that. If this is any indication of how summer will go then I am OK with it. Spent most of the day deep cleaning the kitchen but did manage to take June out for a short bike ride around 5pm.
