the daily - 6.11.14
1. Nutrition - 2 eggs with crumbled sausage, 2 cups BPC, 2 cheese hot dogs, leftover pork, 1/2 a can of black olives, Vanilla Gen UCAN pre-workout, and a 4x4 animal style with fries and diet coke for dinner.2. Exercise - Once again on the Stockdale loop, just under 8 miles. I do like this loop but I really should do the 21st street with a stop at beech park soon...it has more overpasses so a bit more challenging.3. Life - another boring summer day and I can tell I'm starting to go stir crazy. I didn't really want to go out of the house today though with the air quality being so bad. June is suffering a bit from allergies and coughing a bit more than normal lately so I'd rather play it safe. Still was nice to leave the house for In-N-Out.
