the daily - 6.12.14

1. Nutrition - 2 fried eggs, 2 cups BPC for breakfast. 2 cheese hot dogs and a bunch of chicken nuggets for lunch. Big Carl cheeseburger and fries from Carl's Jr for dinner. Plus a few beers to relax.2. Exercise - 8.31 miles on the Truxtun/Bike path loop course. Got in my overpass hill work but overall this was a very blah run. Was nice that the weather was cooperating though.3. Life - for whatever reason I couldn't fall asleep last night. Tossed and turned most of the night and wound up with 3 hrs of actual sleep. Felt like a zombie most of the day and consequently I think this contributed to an overall shitty run tonight. I kept trying to nap today too but it just wouldn't happen. Hopefully I fall asleep easy tonight...hence the beers. Blah, it's been such a shit week.
