1. Nutrition - 2 cups BPC, 3 eggs scrambled with crumbled sausage for breakfast. Panera for lunch. 1/2 Sierra turkey sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Gen UCAN vanilla pre-workout and vanilla protein powder post-workout.Spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast with squash spinach and mushrooms sauteed in garlic as a side. Thanks to Lys for the great dinner2. Exercise - 11 miles, longish run tonight. This was one of the most perfectly executed long runs I've done in a while. Very happy with the outcome as I kept pace and HR in complete check. 100% in the zone.3. Life - woke up late but with enough time to cook breakfast for me and Lys and then go to gymnastics with June. June surprised me by taking me to Panera. Since she is headed up to visit grandma and grandpa tomorrow (on Fathers Day) she wanted to make my day special. What a sweet girl.
