the daily - 6.15.14

1. Nutrition - major carb up day...2 cups BPC and 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits from Jack In the Box. A mushroom swiss burger and fries from the Apricot Tree restaurant along the I-5 freeway, and beans in a tortilla for dinner...plus lots of beer.2. Exercise - 8 miles of easy paced running. Actually, even easier than normal. My average HR was much lower than usual with some miles even being in the high 130 range. It was a run I didn't want to do but did it for the miles so decided on just going at a "fuck it" pace to not get too overworked.3. Life - we drove up the freeway halfway to Alyssa's parents house today. This is our normal routine to drop June off with the grandparents for a little mini-vacation up north. Kinda weird that we did it on Father's day but it will work out timing-wise cause we are all going camping next week too. I think June is gonna have a great two weeks.
