the daily - 6. 16.14

1. Nutrition - ugh, slight hangover today so skipped breakfast in favor of sleep, then a Big Carl combo for lunch and BBQ everything for dinner (steak, hot dogs, burgers, veggies, etc). Another major carb up day which will honestly probably be helpful with tomorrow's 5k and an increased mileage day.2. Exercise - none. Monday looks to be my default day off from running now. I'm okay with that. Like I had said before, working a six day week with one off for major recovery.3. Life - like I said earlier, not much going on in the morning due to being slightly hungover but definitely a productive afternoon and evening. Did the recycling finally, washed a ton of dishes, and then just hung out at my parents for an awesome BBQ for Anthony's B-Day. He's 28 now....how are we all getting so old? ha ha ha.
